Sometimes drastic decisions have to be made to point the tree in the right direction and move forward. The tree is making good progress and we now need to maintain vigour/strong growth to fill out the foliage clouds with greater density.
This was not easy material to overcome the inherent problems in the trees appearance when it arrived. I am pleased with the outcome and the fact that going forward we can enhance and develop a bonsai of charm, individuality and character.
Both these trees are old examples with excellent potential to reach a really high level.
