Topical Times – Late summer in the bonsai garden
A late summer’s evening in the bonsai garden and it’s trying to rain…..some is definitely forecast. Maybe this is not such a bad thing…..everywhere is so dry…..it’s been a good week for the school holidays.
The trees have been watered every day so now it’s the garden’s turn! The garden is finally beginning to come together….it’s nice to be working with shears and a hoe rather than a pick and a shovel. Trees are growing and shaping up well.
My Tuesday project (the day the business was closed) is coming to fruition but there is still much to do….especially to the gravelled areas. Hopefully one day I will be able to open it up to the public…….hopefully one day soon………..
